I was skeptical but I was wrong. It works perfectly and has a spot for everything. If you need a dugout this one is it.

Excellent upgrade from the old wooden dugout that’s been a thing for decades. Being able to hold a lighter is absolutely essential when on the go and that’s what was lacking all this time. Toss your old dugout and get this one, you won’t regret.

Love that it holds my lighter! Loved the whole thing when I first got it. Then the plastic on the bat started to melt when I used it and it quit fitting in the case right and the lid wouldn't close. I had an old bat and made the whole a little bigger for it and it works great. I did like the little grinders on the original bat and it held more then the one I am using now. Maybe if the tip was silacone it may last longer. I had it less then a month before the bat melted. The rest of it is wonderful. I really like that the holder part comes out so you can clean it out really well. I add a little cotton with a drop of essential oils and it never smells like an ashtray. I would definitely recommend it, it is perfect for going out and about. Dumped my kayak and my herbs stayed dry. Had to use someone else s lighter but the herbs were not ruined. Also it is great for day use keeps me from partaking too much at one time and I stay productive all day as it is still enough to help with my neuropathy.

It’s made from cheap plastic, the lid is hard to open so fear of spilling is high. It looks like a deodorant container.

Compact, holds everything, and sales great. Would buy again. The 1-hitter is great.

I will start by stating I am a very occasional user of the product. With that said one issue I had was with ordering. The website was not clear that the dugout came with a one hitter pipe, in fact, when I selected the item to put in my shopping card, the website automatically suggested purchasing a Tupac of 10 additional one hitter pipes at the price of $36 which made me feel confident the dugout did not come with one. So I ordered the additional one of your pipes only to find when the order came in the dugout does come with a one hitter pipe already. Because I purchased the two package of the dugout the two 1 hitter pipes that I had with it would last me for years. So I now have 10 extra one pipes. I probably won’t do nothing with. Little disappointed about that. Additionally, I had selected two different colors for the dugout and when I received them, one was the wrong color. However, I must say once I brought this to the company’s attention the same day they shipped out the correct color to me. Now, as far as reviewing the product itself, I have not had the opportunity to actually use it yet as I mentioned earlier I am a very occasional user. But looking at it, it is substantially what I expected from seeing on their website I do, however, have a little worried that opening and closing the lid often may make the lid’s connecting flap brake, causing the lid to fall off of the dugout. Not sure there’s a better way to do it with solid plastic though. overall, the product appears to be good again. I only wish I could return the 10 one hitter pipes I purchased additionally for a return of my $36.

This product is good , really good. The serrated edge of the bat does actually grind weed up. I’ve had the Smosi for a month and have yet had to poke or clean the bat. It never clogs.

Cheap, flimsy plastic. Lasted about 2 weeks before the inner lid that covers the flower compartment somehow snagged on the one hitter and deformed/broke the plastic. Now it won't snap shut unless I take the one hitter out, which defeats the purpose. I suspect the hinge would've worn out soon anyway. Also, my order got lost in the mail for about a week. When I reached out to inquire about it, I got a response stating that "We're losing money because the post office is losing our orders!". I replied that I'm the one whose order is lost, so I'm the one who lost money. They had no regard for my lost order. Just the fact that the USPS is making them look bad. It eventually showed up and lasted 2 weeks before the plastic wore out. Now it's unusable. Good idea. Poorly executed. Waste of money. Not customer service oriented. If the USPS is losing orders, why are you still shipping orders thru them?

I had a dugout that I gifted back in the 90's and ive regretted it. Along comes Smosi like 25 years later with this improved version. I bought 2 and gifted one to a friend. Love this little dugout.
